Ten Years of K-12 Writing Ambassadors Outreach
Writing Ambassadors is an internship program and class (UWP 197TC) for UC Davis undergraduates who are interested in careers in K-12 education (as teachers, counselors, etc.) or who just would like to give back to the community by helping out in schools.
Ambassadors can come from any major and work in any K-12 classroom or after school program. Each year over 150 Ambassadors assist hundreds of teachers and thousands of students throughout the region.
Next year marks the 10th Anniversary of the program
